By creating an account or using OnTrackr (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Administrators within your organisation can view and manage records associated with their team.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, submitting knowingly false time records, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnTrackr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or its users.
