Overview
OnTrackr is a time-tracking and scheduling application. This policy explains what personal data the application processes and why. It applies to the OnTrackr web application and does not cover third-party sites it may link to.
Data we process
- Account details: your name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Employment attributes: role, department, and hourly rate, where an administrator sets them.
- Time records: clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, schedules, timesheets, and related notes.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and request time, retained for security and troubleshooting.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate you, record and display worked hours and schedules, produce timesheets and reports for your organisation's administrators, and keep the service secure. OnTrackr does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. Records are kept for as long as your account is active or as required by your employer's record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.
Sharing
Your time records are visible to administrators within your organisation. Data may also be processed by infrastructure providers that host the application and database, acting on OnTrackr's instructions. It is not shared with anyone else except where required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@example.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
